This month at Blooms Fresh we are focusing on self-care. From fresh flowers in your house, plants and indoor gardens, and relaxing body care products, nature has the ability to brighten your mood and calm the senses.  

Three Ways to feel Self-Care

1. Flowers

Did you know that many flowers have historical meanings or significance? During the Victorian Era, flowers were given to convey emotions, and the language of flowers became a popular pastime.  

Having personal and meaningful flowers in your home is a wonderful way to celebrate self-love and joy.

Throughout the month we will be featuring three different weekly market bunches including Freesia, Ranunculus and Eucalyptus.

FLOWER TIP: for longer lasting flowers, refresh water every 2-3 days and give stems a fresh cut.

2. Plants

At Blooms Fresh, we carry a wide variety of seasonal plants. Our most popular plant arrangement is the Orchid Garden as they have an incredibly long blooming time.

Succulent gardens are easy to care for and connect us to nature.

Requiring little watering, succulents are the perfect addition to your work desk. Shop some of our plants available online or come visit us instore and we can design something custom.

PLANT TIP: water succulents once soil has dried out.

3. Bath and Body Products

Taking care of our bodies also has a positive effect on our overall well-being. Products from The Scented Market include bath bombs, hand soap and hand/body lotion. For those days when there simply isn’t enough time for a long bath, we suggest The Scented Market’s shower steamers!
